The 36 hour drive up to Hamilton Canada, with a 10 hour unexpected layover before crossing the boarder, was possibly the best road trip with 30 other young adults I've ever had_ the only one I've ever had in fact.

Professionally; getting experience as a Jib and Dolly Camera assist for recording an internationally broadcast live event, not a bad day in the office if I do say so myself. Listening to the outside professionals just gasp, baffling over and over again about how they can't believe all this was made by us kids. THAT"S OUR DADDY"S ANOINTING alright! That was a blessing for me to hear outside professionals in awe over the talent and effect this event was having. The God driven questions that were taking place behind the scenes of the event itself was enough to make me cry about how God uses EVERYTHING we do.
On the viewers side of the screen, thousands (not exaggerating) came down from their seats, crying, snotting, heaving, hitting their knees and driving a nail through what was left of their thin paper grasp on the world and what it has to offer them. Being camouflaged in my blacks, it's like getting a secret window into their heart. They're not doing it for anyone but Jesus. They dint even notice my presence melted with compassion and joy over their return to all that really matters.
A new brand of troublemakers, starting a reverse rebellion by rejecting the culture they so easily bought into. Honestly it is a bittersweet feeling because it's like these kids have heard lessons, listening to should's and should not's their whole life, but never understood the POWER in the simple gospel told in a language that was raw and relevant to the pressures they are dealing with today that nobody ever talks about. I think they responded because the material we covered was raw and real, we told it like it is and didn't shy away from the crude facts they deal with everyday that everyone else tries to sugar coat and not talk about. It's like they were on the edge of their seat starving for someone to get on their level and show them what it looks like to walk what Christians always talk about.
Thank God for the confrontational truth Jesus brought by example. Just doing what we can to bring it like he did, and it works!

Please note the following account reviews a simulated, role play scenario intended to help the interns to raise our world awareness and discover “what could happen if” an oppressive government overran the internship. The guns were paintball guns and no one really suffered or was exposed to actual serious health risks. We were mostly stripped of common privileges and exposed to minimal refugee circumstances. If you find yourself disapproving my account, please be aware that these are the thoughts of a 20 year old girl who had been running around and hiding in the woods during summertime for three days with little to no sleep, a diet consisting of rice, and a raw potato and being exposed to documentaries of .the current oversea situations regarding massacres, sex slave trade and the radical Muslim teachings and goals for destroying America.
My Personal Journey Throughout the
World Awareness LTE
I should have: seen them through the eyes of love.
The government overthrew our leader David Haasz and invaded our auditorium, hiding behind their guns and paying tributes toward their flag in an unknown tongue, knees bowed and head to the floor. They unwillingly removed many of my fellow interns to be put in re-education training (a.k.a. brainwashing), forced labor camps and jail for the sick and injured. I must admit, at that moment my heart openly embraced a tidal wave of sins: offense, anxiety, and rebellion towards these people, not the powers at work through them.
I should have looked at them with compassion, seeing them as hurting/misguided human beings. I should have assembled a mass apology on behalf of the Christian claimers for the Pharisee like fashion in which we “Christians” have not upheld that very standard which we judged and rejected them which ignited their hatred towards us in the first place I should have spoken to the King and Queen inside each of them, acknowledging their potential through their loyalty to their leader, their excellence with which they carried themselves and tended to their belongings, also my admiration toward their prompt diligence in the tasks administered to them.
I should have seen these things and sought to call out this potential for Christ.
I should have: believed in myself.
While in the refugee camp, I felt very purposeless and of no significance; I felt like just another dirty sheep in the herd, one of the hundreds of similar dark figures huddled on the red dirt stained tarp under a cold, dark sky. I felt homeless, completely dependant, like a burden rather than a blessing, something that needed to be tended to, fed, clothed, advised and directed on what even my own safety hinged upon. Hunted because of the arrogant, hypocritical, superior and judgmental impressions imparted by those who claim to belong to and represent my kingdom. Would I be willing to abandon my pride, clean teeth and warm bed just to submit, respect and serve my enemies with a cheerful heart? My captors, those who demean my faith, insult my lifestyle, shoot paintballs at me and yes, even deny me the right to toothpaste! This was the real testing of whether or not I could really love people like Jesus did.
The idea of fighting back didn’t seem to fly with my fellow antiradical, turn the other cheek refugee’s. But come on, what’s more important: fighting for the greater good, defending our God given land so we can continue liberating the hundreds of thousands of hopeless teens we had been; or, was it better to be submissive and try to “LOVE” the government into salvation and freedom? The problem was, they wouldn’t listen to anything we had to say anyway. They clearly just wanted us dead, and had already begun with those already captured,,, hmm? It seemed to me that this decision needed to take a lot more into consideration in order to make that call. I guess that’s were wisdom and discernment come into play.
Jesus was not a passive person, he did not allow people to blaspheme and disrespect his father. He established truth. Jesus never doubted that God would make bread fall from the sky if he had to in order for Jesus to not have to steal to survive. He knew when to use justice and when to humble and submit himself. Let’s compare “we” the followers of Christ with the “we” in this moment. My people were scared… This was not a body of people filled with the spirit of power, love and a sound mind which they assumed just hours before. My people were divided… full of scorn and torn between the two attributes of Humility vs. Justice like a baby Christian would divide the Old and New Testament.
As I considered the circumstances it just started to make sense to me. What were we doing?! Better yet, what weren’t we doing? There were so many of us and so few of them, why would we submit_ Because they had captured out leader? Some claimed that the new government was now our authority and we should submit to God given authority… Wicked men who do not flinch at the power of The Almighty, and require the compromise of our faith and loyalty to Him? No way! I had pledged my allegiance to a different King and His Kingdom. I knew instinctively what role I was meant to be playing; unifying, inspiring and mobilizing the interns. I wanted a revolution, but I wasn’t on the counsel, who would listen to me? If God really wanted me to take this position, he would have to make people want to hear. He would have to perk their ears and funnel my mouth to effectively communicate the hurricane of thoughts inside me. ….
I should have: known how to balance Justice and Humility
I abruptly and unpleasantly learned that once you become pinned as “someone with an answer”; realize that you have officially stamped a red target on your forehead as someone who is assumed to have more of them-- confrontations of moral conflict. Where is the line when even the ability to eat requires breaking God’s commands? Do I really have faith that God will provide without needing to steal? Where is the line when you must kill in order to keep yourself and others from being killed? Now, all of a sudden, the heavy yokes of likely blame for lives and souls, are on your womanly shoulders…? These are the wages of war. How much faith will it require to hold to the Word I say I believe, to never compromise? Justice vs. Humility or some point of wisdom in between…
What would you do? Sure enough, obedience in faith always proves itself through to completion. After I had fulfilled what I personally was convicted of, God took it from there. He united the minds and spirits of his people as we remembered WHO and WHOSE we were. The LTE ended with an anointed and convincing negotiation between the president and our counsel. But, being spiritually and mentally prepared for the worst was where the true maturing, spiritual growth and moral convictions rooted themselves in rock.

Also, we as a whole have been encountering rapid expansion, and change due to the rate of responding teens to God’s call to enlist into His army in order to bring restoration to this land. THE HOPELINE. Dawson Macallister leads weekly nation wide radio programs that reach out to hurting, lost and hopeless teens and when they call in for help; they get a hold of someone like me. So, as of last night, I am thrilled to proclaim not only the salvations of 2 suicidal teens but also, I was able to use what I have been learning in the APPOLOGETICS and WORLD VIEW courses to not only convict, but also radically convince a prior confused, drug addicted, atheist, of the REALITY of Christ and Jesus’ love and plan for this man’s life. He is now equipped and connected with people, places and materials to continue his discipleship.
I am so blessed to be part of these such things and I have YOU to thank for that. As the August Interns prepare to graduate, I am continuously being trained to become an effective producer who can replace and excel beyond the current Producer position.
NEW NEWS ABOUT ME I also want to share with you that God IS undoubtedly directing my steps and forming connections with fellow interns for future ministry plans. Multiple staff members, and prominent Teenmania interns, whose spiritual leadership I HIGHLY respect, have been prayed about and carefully selected for a new yet similar ministry to pioneer the “dry” state of ALASKA, to ignite the unreached people and break the religious spirit in the land with THE FIRE and REALITY of Christ. I don’t know why God decided to put my name on the list he gave for this, but I am one of these people called upon to pray about if and if so, what part God would have me to play in this similar but longer and smaller Acquire the Fire type Event. God may want me to speak, create media, conduct a small session, I don’t know. So PLEASE pray that God will guide me as the planning and preparations for this separate outreach begin to reveal and unravel. Global Expeditions We will soon have the Global Expedition missionaries showing up to campus to receive training before embarking over seas to provide physical, material and spiritual aid. I am just so thankful for your faithfulness.
God has been teaching me about how he is faithful and he has used you to show me this.
If you don’t already know, it’s not a common thing to run into anyone in this life who you could describe as faithful. Faithfulness is one of those rarities in life where if you find some remnant of it somewhere or in someone, you should catch it and treasure it like you would oxygen in a submarine.
Faithfulness is a characteristic of Christ that is seriously lacking in reflection on this earth.
There’s nothing steady or reliable anymore, and most kids my age have grown up not even having a steady parent. It’s like the word commitment does not exist except as some fantastical idea in which we might find a sense of false hope, if we are optimistic enough.
And so I just wanted to let you know that the value I have placed on your faithful support means soo much to me that it’s hard to express.
You know that I have SOLD OUT my ENTIRE life to reaching my generation with the life transforming, purpose bestowing, eye opening, and mind boggling LOVE of Christ. And doing this through new media, the language they know, understand and live according to it’s voice. Because there is so much of it, it just completely consumes them whether they want it to or not. It is always reaching out and pouring into them. The question is, what messages will this POWERFUL voice be sending?
That’s why I’m here, and I have seen it time and time again, where some video I have had a hand in played a major role in setting a searching teen on a path that led them directly into the lap of Christ’s reality in their day to day life.
So thank you. Thank you so much for playing a part in a story that is bigger than all of us, and literally changing the course of history itself. I hope you can see the long term effect on my generation and essentially the future of this country and the kingdom in heaven which began with your single decision to give of yourself and what you have. THAT is LOVE

We ARE in a War that’s taking mass casualties daily, whether you admit it or not.
Anyone who claims “everything’s okay” has been blinded. It’s time to wake up America! My generation is being lulled into a glittering grave. This is it, where the rubber meets the road, and everything that we have come to rely on is about to break. God has chosen this generation for such a time as this to turn from our idols and show the world what it REALLY is to LOVE GOD.
NOW more than ever we need to focus on showing the youth of this nation the ONLY rock they will ever be able to rely on; a reckless abandonment of all but total trust in Jesus Christ ALONE.
“Trouble” is coming to this nation, a once pure “light on the hill of the world.” And I don’t think it’s coincidence this year’s theme is HERE COMES TROUBLE. When we will reveal through media, to tens of thousands of young people, the relevance and the radical love Jesus showed that brought trouble to a complacent, faithless and ritualistic land.

Right now we have EXALT Extreme Camps going on. That means thousands of middle school and high school students are experiencing God in an extreme way all day and every night. It’s so awesome to be surrounded by thousands of Spirit hungry kids who look up to you and open themselves up to be influenced and impacted. This week I have seen street kids who were involved in gangs and drugs, completely throw away that lifestyle and grasp the reality and relevance of Jesus’ voice and way..
Monday night was the kickoff to a week of getting on their faces before God. There were cleansing tears, heart healings and ultimate surrenders led in spirit by top Christian artists like Jeremy Camp and Natalie Grant.
We conducted interviews with these anointed speakers and bands, such as LEELAND, that will air on national television where they will share their heart for the struggle teens are going though today, and challenge teens towards purpose and passion to be used by God in practical ways, not just taking a back seat “good person” lifestyle.
These exact things will be taking place all week as we collect transforming messages from some of the most influential musicians in the teen realm today and spread their contagious love for Christ through the airwaves and into your living room.

TEENS RALLY IN TIMES SQUARE TO CHANGE POP CULTURE AS WE KNOW IT.
A quarter of a million teens are out to change pop culture as we know it through Teen Mania's RECREATE '08. The goal; to raise important issues facing this generation and to find a platform to express important ideas through the arts using Film, Television, New Media, Music, Theater, and Art of all kinds with the message of hope for the future.
Following through on those ideals, Teen Mania's CENTER FOR CREATIVE MEDIA produced a music video for the band PILLAR entitled "Frontline." The video has aired on MTV's "Headbanger's Ball."
Teen Mania teens rally to RECREATE an American pop culture that builds up, not tears down their generation.
To bring support to those suffering from disease and hunger the world over, Teen Mania's Center for Creative Media produced the following video for the ONE CAMPAIGN featuring the band SKILLET.
The goal: For teens to exercise their vision and heart in a way that has a positive impact on their generation. Teens need to exercise their vision. While visual over-sexualization, graphic violence, and the glamorization of drug/alcohol usage prevail in most of what is released in mainstream media today... Teenagers see 6.7 sexual scenes per hour on teen television shows (Kaiser Family Foundation, 2005)

90 percent of 8-to-16-year-olds have accidentally viewed porn online while doing homework (Family Safe Media, 2005).
WORLD - And it's not just in the United States, Teen Mania teens recognize that their peers all over the world are also fighting for their lives as they too struggle with life-threatening issues including AIDS and the sex-slave industry.

TEENS RALLY IN TIMES SQUARE TO CHANGE POP CULTURE AS WE KNOW IT.
A quarter of a million teens are out to change pop culture as we know it through Teen Mania's RECREATE '08. The goal; to raise important issues facing this generation and to find a platform to express important ideas through the arts using Film, Television, New Media, Music, Theater, and Art of all kinds with the message of hope for the future.
Following through on those ideals, Teen Mania's CENTER FOR CREATIVE MEDIA produced a music video for the band PILLAR entitled "Frontline." The video has aired on MTV's "Headbanger's Ball."
Teen Mania teens rally to RECREATE an American pop culture that builds up, not tears down their generation.
To bring support to those suffering from disease and hunger the world over, Teen Mania's Center for Creative Media produced the following video for the ONE CAMPAIGN featuring the band SKILLET.
The goal: For teens to exercise their vision and heart in a way that has a positive impact on their generation. Teens need to exercise their vision. While visual over-sexualization, graphic violence, and the glamorization of drug/alcohol usage prevail in most of what is released in mainstream media today... Teen Mania seeks to encourage a voice under-represented in that market place: The voice of hope, positive expression, and dreams. The same voice that reaches the millions who seek after movies like The Chronicles of Narnia and The Passion of the Christ.
REAL LIVES - With teen suicide, drug use, STDs, eating disorders, and anxiety at an all-time high, these quarter of a million teens are out to RECREATE in '08 a healthier pop culture on behalf of their 29 million-strong generation. (U.S. Census 2006).

In the past 25 years, while the general incidence of suicide has decreased, the rate for those between 15 and 24 has tripled. It is generally considered to be the second or third most common cause of death among adolescents, even though it is seriously underreported.Source
40% of teens have experimented with self-injury
MEDIA - Stats show that:
Teenagers see 6.7 sexual scenes per hour on teen television shows (Kaiser Family Foundation, 2005)
MTV viewers watch, on average, nine sexual scenes and more than eight profanities per hour (Parents Television Council, 2005).
90 percent of 8-to-16-year-olds have accidentally viewed porn online while doing homework (Family Safe Media, 2005).
WORLD - And it's not just in the United States, Teen Mania teens recognize that their peers all over the world are also fighting for their lives as they too struggle with life-threatening issues including AIDS and the sex-slave industry.
During the last decade, the number of children who are orphaned as a result of AIDS rose from 3.5% to 32% and will continue to increase exponentially as the disease spreads unchecked. Source
Human trafficking is the third most profitable criminal activity, following only drug and arms trafficking. An estimated $9.5 billion is generated in annual revenue from all trafficking activities, with at least $4 billion attributed to the worldwide brothel industry. (Ibid.) Source
Coming to the Advertising Capitol of the world & the heart of tv production that shapes much of teen pop culture... we are lifting our voices and saying: We have a voice that deserves to be heard and thoughts that deserve space in the marketplace of creative expression.
