I am so happy to share with you what is happening right now!
As of November, I was officially promoted to be a Project Area Manager in CCM.
This means that I fill 1 of 5 area overseer positions that deal with the separate sections of the ministry. (Global Expeditions Missions, ATF TV, BattleCry, Acquire The Fire, Center For Creative Media and the Honor Academy Internship)
I was given ownership of heading up and managing every project that comes down the pipeline regarding the Honor Academy Internship program we offer here at Teen Mania. This year long intensive discipleship training program is all about building the young people of today into ELITE WARRIORS for Christ through learning and practicing what it is to be a leader of Honor and Integrity as well as seeking the vision and calling the Lord has on their personal life.
For the first time in CCM (we have never done this before) I was honored with the privilege of making my own pitch to the lead team of the ministry with a new idea I had for a piece that could inspire kids to leave/ drop and abandon whatever the world has lead them into to come answer the call of Christ on their life and seek his will for it. This piece is meant to inspire them to join an army of other young people trained to be warriors with Christ.
For the past month I have been working nonstop and through the flu on conception, planning, driving, producing and getting critiqued in order to ensure the reality and heart behind our newest project known as “THE CALL” based off of a poem I wrote a while back about my generation.
This piece was literally GOD inspired on one crazy, spirit filled and prophetic intercessory night. And I simply applied it to the job I was already assigned.
I will send you a link to view it when it is finished being edited. I’m not a Hollywood pro or anything, but I’m working on it. My team was amazing and I learned a lot about how important every single person down to the one picking up the lunch for the crew is so crucial to the bigger picture.
